A decent little Minecraft survival server for everyone.
Survival Mode
Survive and thrive against the elements, mobs, and players. Server difficulty is set to hard and PVP is enabled for all players. Of course you get some quality of life features, such as setting your home teleport location, protecting your own piece of land from mobs/players, a live map on this website to help you navigate the world easier, etc.
Economy
Trade items at a server-wide global market using our own economy plugin. Prices change dynamically depending on the supply and demand according to hyperbolic tangent function, and weight-based adjustments for long term trends. We're focusing on more basic, raw materials for now, but more items may be enabled for trading later on. I encourage you to spot trade opportunities and become rich!
Protected Residences
Buy your own piece of land, settle down, and catch some breath before heading out to your next adventure. You're able to set fine-grained permissions for your residences, e.g. mob spawning, keeping other players out, or interacting with doors, crafting tables, beds, or you can invite your friends and give them all the permissions you wish. It's up to you to decide.
No ranks or pay to win schemes
As the title says, this server will not give you any ranks or flashy perks that you would need to pay for with real-world money. If I were to sell you some ranks for a specific amount of money I would have to report that to my local tax authority and pay income tax. I want to keep this server running out of fun and joy, not to run a business.
Distant Horizons mod support
The server supports sending you Distant Horizons LOD fragments. It's a great mod and I encourage you to install it. Launchers like Modrinth and Prism make installing these mods (and many more) a breeze. Once you have it installed, there is nothing more to configure, join in and slowly you'll be getting those far away tiles.
Online Mode only
No offline (cracked) accounts. Offline mode does not do encrypted communication, is less secure for you and me, and does not support the game we all love and play. If you like the game, buy it.
